JAW Dropping Designs (JAWDD) Website Maintenance and Management Terms & Services

These Website Maintenance and Management Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern the month-to-month subscription plan provided by JAW Dropping Designs (“JAWDD”) to the subscribing client (“Client”). By subscribing to JAWDD’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms.

Month-to-Month Subscription

The Client’s subscription to JAWDD’s maintenance and management services is on a month-to-month basis. Either JAWDD or the Client may cancel the subscription at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice.

Unused Time and Service Rollovers

Unused time or services included in the Client’s selected plan will be considered forfeited if not used during the billing cycle.

At JAWDD’s sole discretion, unused time or services may roll over to the next billing cycle. However, this is not guaranteed and will depend on JAWDD’s assessment. The Client acknowledges that any unused attributes will otherwise remain forfeited. 

Additional Products and Widgets

JAWDD may provide additional products such as premium widgets, accessibility tools, or other enhancements as part of the subscription.

  1. These products will be removed from the Client’s website 30 days after plan cancellation unless the Client transfers them to their own account.

  2. The Client will have a 30-day window from the cancellation date to make the necessary arrangements for this transfer to maintain these products on their website. JAWDD is not responsible for facilitating this transfer beyond providing the required details.

Submission of Updates and Requests

To ensure efficient management, JAWDD requires the Client to submit requests (e.g., updates, edits, or additions) through the designated methods provided by JAWDD (e.g., online forms or email submissions).

Failure to adhere to these submission methods—such as sending requests via unapproved channels like text or SMS—may disrupt the service process. Continued non-compliance with these methods may result in termination of the Client’s subscription by JAWDD.

Payment Terms

  1. The Client agrees to pay the subscription fee in full on or before the first day of each billing cycle.

  2. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Service Termination

  1. Services will end at the close of the billing cycle in which the cancellation notice is provided.

  2. No refunds will be issued for unused time or services within the billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

JAWDD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services or removal of additional products after plan cancellation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which JAWDD operates.

Entire Understanding

These Terms constitute the entire understanding between JAWDD and the Client regarding the maintenance and management services and supersede all prior agreements or communications.

Acknowledgment

By subscribing to JAWDD’s Website Maintenance and Management Plan, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
